The red snake now has 69 points on the season. Nice.
Tonight's win moves the red snake to double digits for points above the black line. It sits 10.463 points above the black line, 11 points above the purple snake, and 12 points above the orange snake. The 2018-19 Flames match the 2017-18 President's Cup winning Predators for being 10.463 points above the black line after 50 games. Nashville finished the season with 117 points.
This marks the 30th consecutive game above the black line, with a minimum of 8 more games guaranteed. A record of 13-18-1 (0.422 point percentage) in the remaining 32 games would give the red snake 96 points. It is currently on pace for 113 points.
