Get Schmidt off the field. She’s been a turnover machine all tournament.
That was a hell of a save on the PK

Can't blame the selection much, just a top save there.

Good Save sure, but I don't think someone like Sinclair puts the ball at the height the keeper has the best chance of saving it.
That's a massive blunder by Canada.

meh, i'd argue the bulk of PK goals are scored at the height she shot at.
keeper just guessed before contact on the ball and guessed right

Yeah but it's not like Beckie took a poor penalty where you can blame her. The choice can be questioned because of Sinclair's profile, but if Sinclair took the same penalty it gets saved too. Credit the keeper there.

i thought it was pretty much on the ground - watching via stream so i can't go back to check again. regardless, was just a good guess for a great save.

It needs to be Sinclair.
I don’t care if she missed the last one against Sweden. She’s scored the (2nd) most goals in International women’s soccer history.
It’s a decent shot and a good save. But that could have been Becky labelling the shot too.

Offside by a hair. Canada with another chance here. But based on their lack of offensive creativity so far, I’m not holding my breath.

That is a penalty I am sure but it was offside. Canada needs to pick it up

Well, that wasn’t offside, so we avoided one there.

The roundhouse scissor takedown? Maybe she thought it was the World Cup of MMA?
