Boudreau makes $2.6. AFAIK the teams don't disclose Torts, Maurice, Deboer, Crawford, Cooper, Sullivan (to the extent these guys are the "veterans").

This makes me happy. We all know this signing is to try and sell a few more tickets for next season. There’s no way Tippett can squeeze 20 extra points out of this roster to make the playoffs. All he will do is turn a bunch of the 5-2 losses into 3-1 losses. So yay for a slightly better goal differential!

That's the thing. Tippett was a decent coach for the style of play from a decade ago.

When he was rumoured to come here, I did not want. Still, a little sad to see the Oilers aren't running with K.Gretzky/Gulutzan.

Uhh....look down...waaaaaay down. Thats Edmonton.

If thats a Ferrari then it was built by Lada.

Think I heard Friedman say that Gulutzan has been given permission to look for another job, so not in the plans.

Unless he studied hard the past couple of years.. I can tell you his style didn't change at all in AZ.

This will not work out for the Oilers.. Expect McDavid to be in the 75-85 point range max

I wish we'd have fired him that fast.

Edmonton is more like a delorean. Could look cool, has retro value, but is a total junker just waiting to fall apart at any moment with no real guts under the hood.

Also it doubles as a time machine. Perfect for the Oilers.
