I hate our jerseys so much I’m almost tempted to cheer for someone else.

And for the 2nd straight olympics our curling teams looks sharp. Those red jackets with the indigenous designs look great.

I really don't like these uniforms with no white in them.

This game is so sloppy.

I might go watch the women's quarterfinal.

Should have asked Iggy to play for us, bet he would make the team.

Both these teams deserve to lose because of their jerseys.

It’s so hard to see the Canadian numbers.

It's pretty clear what separates real NHLers from these types is the passing. The pace is fine but the passing is atrocious. Some would attribute that to not playing with familiar players but I think it's lack of high end skill.

Black numbers on a dark red jersey and white numbers on a white jersey. That's some fine design work there, Nike.

Comments like this are garbage. She missed a difficult thin double. I know she doesn’t lurk on this board but such a rude and l disrespectful comment. If you watched the game you would’ve seen the front end “blow” the first 7 ends leading to the loss. Canada was not ever really in the game until the 8th end.

Do you think she should have played the slash double instead?

Yeah, sorry. Blew was the wrong word. It just sucks when you have an easy shot for two (to tie), go for three, but just end up with one.

The shot wasn't easy, it just looks easy when your draw it up on the telestrator

It didn’t help that the announcers made it sound like Canada was easily gonna score two and probably get three.

They implied that she blew it.

I would have played for the slash double, and if it over curls, then you have the other option

Yes I thought the slash was the call. I think they believed they had second shot at the 4:00 position and missing the slash, the shooter would’ve rolled across the top of that rock only given them one as they would’ve lost second shot rock and the shooter??? They played what they did because they 1/2 missed and still almost got two. Whereas a miss on the slash they only get one. I dunno, but the slash looked easier then the thin/ tick double.

Pretty disappointing performance by Pasquale. Canada's first goal was bad but the US goalie was fine after that. After what he did on the third goal you can't let in that last one.
