Yeah, she certainly needs to develop more pop in her serve, but I think that's just a matter of time. Her movement and the way she thinks the game is already excellent. Her composure on court is amazing for being so young, when Potapova raised her level in that second set, she weathered the storm nicely and just made her opponent make that extra shot which usually resulted in an error.

Going to a tough semifinal against the hometown favorite on the ride of her life.

Monfils just took the opening set 6-2 over Djoker in Dubai. Gael is 0-for-16 against Novak in their head-to-head matchups.

Gael up a break in set 2 - He's in Novak's kitchen today.
Edit: Back on serve as Djoker playing much better.

Novak had a couple of set points, but Monfils prevails and it's 5-5 in set 2.

This second set between Monf and Djokovic is probably set of the year so far.

Until the tie-breaker where La Monf blows three match points and then double-faults to give Djoker set 2

Some of the usual questionable decision making you'd expect from Le Monf.

This is why he is 0-16.

Terrible game from Gael, poke him with a fork, he's done like dinner. What a shame, he had Novak dead to rights.

Gaby and Jelena come up a little short in the women's doubles final in Qatar, but they had a great week and I hope they remain as a duo as I can see them contending for doubles titles in grand slams and major tournaments in 2020.

I'm pretty sure there are more people at the Calgary Challenger than are watching Fritz and Isner in Acapulco.

That stadium will fill up when the Mexican gal takes on Leylah following this match.

Also, I think Fritz would like a restart to this match as Isner currently leads 4-zip.

Three games in and there have been no service holds - Leylah looking very nervous (which is quite understandable).
Edit: Leylah first to hold serve and leads 3-2 in set 1

Zarazua has struggled pretty much every service game. This is Leylah's match to win.
