Colo will jump the Dogs and the Wild into the WC2 spot.

Wow, didn't realize the Avs have now won 4 straight. They're playing better at just the right time.

I think Quinn might need to change his pants after that last Oilers scoring chance. My god he's such a pathetic homer.

Good time to get a goalie on a roll!

Yeah it's looking like Philipp Grubauer is getting hot at the right time, and he'll probably be their starter for the playoffs.

All when Semyon Varlamov is set to become a free agent...

6-4 is too good for sarcasm IMO. At least too good for my current sarcasm batteries

The day is still young, but so far: Arizona gets a point and Colorado gets 2.

Meanwhile, the Oilers are getting outshot at home by the worst team in the league.

Ahh Principe. Starts the segment off by talking about the battle of Alberta and the Oilers being in a playoff spot by April 6th. Delusion at it’s finest. How about you try to win, while at home, against the worst team in the league.

The Islanders get a big win, they beat the Flyers 4-2 who are fading. Josh Bailey scored two goals. The Metropolitan Division is so close, three teams are three points from each other and the crazy thing is that the Hurricanes and BJ can still get 1st place in that division that nobody wants to win.

Stat guy has the Oilers at 24 hits, in case anyone was wondering why that isn't an official stat anymore.

“Nobody’s saying it’s going to be mathematically possible for the OIlers to make the playoffs” said by commentator before the start of the 3rd in Oilers game.

It really is no wonder that Oiler fans are so delusional. If all you watched was Oiler games, with the constant gushing about how unbelievably awesome the Oilers are, you would have little choice but to conclude that they are in fact the greatest team in the history of hockey.

And then the only way to reconcile that with the standings is to jump on the 'refs/league hate us' bandwagon.

It's the hockey equivalent of Trumpism.

Pretty obvious that the Oilers are just trying to get this game to OT, so McLotteryball can pad his stats with an "overtiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiime winner."

Classic Oiler backcheck by Draisaitl on that goal.
