Default Realtor who knows DT / Urban Condos

Hey moguls...

piggybacking off my previous thread (and in deference to Realtor1!) I am looking for a realtor who's experienced with the DT/beltine/altadore/urban area of town (f**** it - let's call it "the latte sipping area").

Specifically, a realtor who's knowledgeable about the market for 1/2bd condos and the rental market, to help my sister out in buying a rental unit, given the current crazy market.

If anyone knows a realtor who's well versed and good in this scenario, please PM me. (Realtor1, if this is your wheelhouse, let me know!)

Thanks.

Soliciting help from a realtor other than Travis in this section of the forum seems weird since he sponsors this section. Maybe PM him instead of making him PM you?

Didn't know if that was offside or not - He may not be a particular expert in rental condos, so if he is, he can PM me... If he's not, maybe someone knows someone who is?

Have you been to his website? Realtor 1 breaks down all the condos by building.

What do you mean in buying a rental unit? I'm confused. Is your sister wanting to buy a condo that is currently being rented?

Feel free to pm me with your needs - If you look at my listings, well over half are in the core and I work with even more buyers when it comes to inner city condo living.

I am sure he is looking for a unit to rent out, with or without a tenant as he can always find one. The core is a very tricky market for rentals and positive cash flow when the times are different. Ive done a ton in and out of the core and personally find better returns on condos in the burbs but close to a c train. In the long run, re sale will be better inner city.

I disagree. This is a post that belongs in this real-estate subforum. Posting it elsewhere would get people saying "post this in the real-estate subforum"

Asking other forum members for recommendations or reviews of realtors I would view as fine. Other realtors browsing this section and trying to poach business from here would have me questioning their business ethics.

I'm not a mod and I don't pay to sponsor any section of this forum so this is just my opinion.
