Is there a way to search above grade square footage?
Is there a way to search above grade bedrooms only?

Probably for a realtor there is, but the public version is pretty limited in functionality. On purpose (is my understanding).

above grade square footage is how it is currently set up. You never count anything below grade.
Above grade bedrooms is a realtor function - I do not know of it being something for the public to search by however if you talk to your realtor, they can set it up for you!
