So how does Brooke follow up on her history making CP win?

She opened the Portland Tournament with a 64. She's currently T-2 early in the second round.

Her 64 also included playing the 4 par 5s in only 1 under par.

Great story on Rod Spittle who is retiring after this weekend's Shaw Classic. There is a short video from Tour players congratulating him.

Brooke opens the Evian (an LPGA major) with a solid 4 under. There are a few ahead of her but she's served notice.

And Brooke recorded another top 10 finish, and in a major no less.

He's winning the tournament. Still needs some help to win the FedEx Cup.

The huge crowds that followed Tiger have returned, as well as the roars when he makes a great putt. Other golfers have said in interviews that they can tell by the roars how well Tiger is doing.

The golf networks are in heaven when Tiger is in contention on the weekend, viewership up as much as 200% when he has a chance to win.

It is beyond obvious that Tiger Woods has already had a huge impact on TV ratings since making his return to golf.

Love him or hate him, Tiger is PGA tour golf

Im gonna predict that a 2 under 68 should win it for Tiger, 67 for sure. Dont see Rose or Mcilroy going under 65.

All these young guys are getting a taste of what it was like playing with Tiger in his prime. So frustrating to play against, and so cool to watch as a fan.

Dechambeau going in the water there might have cost him 10 mil

Edit- and I dont get the sense too many golf fans would be upset on him missing out... Im not typically one to dislike athletes for petty reasons, but god this guy is annoying.

Ben Silverman shoots 3 under to finish T-3 in the Web.com Tour Championship. Makes a knee knocking 5 footer on 18 to finish 22 in the playoffs and secure his PGA tour card!

So off of the web.com tour we have 3 Canadians graduating:

Roger Sloan
Ben Silverman
Adam Svennsson

David Hearn didn't fare so well so i'm not sure his status. He'll likely get into a few PGA tournaments but I think he has Web.com tour card. Hearn has played a lot of golf in the last few months and I think he needs a break.

Hearn will have the same status as this year. Should get 20 tournaments or so, just won't be able to pick his schedule.

Woods 5 up with 4 left. Pretty much a lock now.

He's actually got a shot at the Fed Ex Cup depending on what guys like Rose, Johnson and Horschel do.

Tiger might actually win both!

I did not see Rose playing so poorly.

DJ needed that putt on 18, so he's out.

This is awesome stuff.

So happy for Tiger!!
