And all 3 stars are Oilers. ####ing embarrassing the amount that organization pats itself on the back.

As much as I hate seeing the Oilers win, that does take points away from a team that actually has a chance to make the playoffs.

Yeah, I want as few 3 point games as possible this yeah. Sucks to see the Oilers get a win, but no points for Winnipeg is a good thing.

Probably best that the teams the Flames are chasing lose, and definitely best it didn’t go to overtime.
But still, I hate that grease bag team so much.

Really all that matters is regulation wins in the other games in our division, and series splits are best.
Don’t want any team getting too far ahead.
So Oilers can win tonight against the Jets backup, but hopefully Jets win the next game.

Both of those teams were a mess in the defensive zone. We are spoiled to have the D that we do. Calm with the puck, generally make good decisions, and can move the puck up the ice efficiently. Way too much "ring it around the boards" or "hope and prayer" plays from both teams' D tonight. Ugly to watch.

Commentators for 35 minutes tonight: "Oilers are the better team, out playing, out hustling, winning puck and board battles, Jets are lucky to be up one, to be tied, to only be down 1"
Commentators after the Oilers win with less than a second left after playing the final 2 minutes on the powerplay: "what an absolutely amazing come from behind victory, they really dug deep tonight to come away with those 2 points".
