It was added to Crave, not Netflix.

So I've been looking at https://flixable.com to see what's been added and it's wrong a lot...I saw this and got excited but it was wrong again

You need to stop looking at what’s on the American Netflix.

Watched Always Be My Maybe last night. Not the premise I expected, figured it was about two people who had ththe single at 40 deal.

It was a decent flick, but now I have Hello Peril stuck in my head.

We cancelled Netflix last night and signed up for Crave + HBO. I just don't find much new shows on Netflix that I want to watch lately. We will see how it goes for the next few months.

It's interesting, torrenting had been declining for years, in a large part of the availability of content on just a few streaming options.

Now everyone and their mother is starting their streaming network and the content is split amongst so many of them it's going to be interesting to be how much of a comeback torrenting makes.

Is it that much better for some networks to start their own streaming services than to just charge Netflix more to be able to use their content? The problem I see is these companies are going to have a base that gets bored of the content available.

Yep, went out and adopted a parrot when it became evident my sports cable package wasn't going to give me the content I wanted to pay for, if Netflix gets stripped down to the bones I'll have my peg leg waiting in the wings, sorrynotsorry

I think if/when cable tv dies you will need something. Or else you will go away. Netflix isn’t going to pay more they will just produce their own and watch you slowly die.

Crave is great for content, but their interface is terrible on my TV (Samsung)
That's one thing Netflix really has figured out. Prime interface decent as well but they now have Prime Movies but you have to pay extra.

The Netflix interface is barely okay. I add something the “My List”, “Recently Added”, and “Recently Watched” seems to be in order of nonsensical. For once I would like to see something that I just watched lighted ago or added to my list actually at the top of the list.

Also the randomly changing thumbnails for shows is dumb.

The fact that I can't select episodes of my favorite shows to have in custom playlists and just put them on auto-play on Netflix is seriously unforgivable in 2019.

I get they want to force people through their Homescreen to foist new shows on them, but come'on. Spotify has promoted music but still alows custom (and public) playlist building.

And don't get me started on the inability to skip the opening credits on shows when using Chromecast. I'm sick of theme songs.

Yes, really looking forward to watching True Detective, Sopranos, Treme and Ballers once we finish The Wire (2nd time for me, 1st for my wife, love that show).

Who knows, maybe we cancel TV altogether down the line.

The Netflix interface on apple TV used to be by far the best but it changed a year or two ago and it's as crappy as it is on every other device.

I've used the skip intro button when streaming shows on Netflix through Chromecast. I launch the shows through my phone. It is a button that appears on the controls on my phone along with the pause & rewind buttons. The button also shows up on the TV as a reminder that you can skip the intro.

Looks like Crave has landed Seinfeld. Pretty big pick up.

And not sure if it has been discussed, but incredible how big a deal it is that Netflix is losing The Office- apparently offered $90 mil a year to retain rights and it wasn’t enough with NBC’s own streaming service coming out.

Who would have thought when The Office ended with a bit of a wimper that it would quickly become one of the top streamed shows. I gotta admit that it has aged well, although seasons 8 and 9 post-Michael still suck. It has replaced Seinfeld as our go to show when we cant find anything else or just want a quick 25 minutes of tv before bed.

Didn't they have it before? I could have sworn it was on there in the early days of the service.

Seinfeld has been on there since the beginning of the service.
