Brodie looked good I thought? Better than any game Barrie played last season. There was one play where it looked like he was barely moving his legs but got back into the play so effortlessly.

One thing that felt weird last night, I now have to pay attention to who actually wins in the East since it has direct effect on Calgary's standings. So I was cursing when the game went to OT last night.

Also this season is going to be fun. All the Canadian teams are going to hate each other by the end.
The Simmonds fight with Chariot and then Matthews going at him near the end of the game. Matthews never does that. There's going to be some real hatred.
Really looking forward to Flames games with Tkachuk. He always makes games interesting.

It's awesome. Usually when the Leafs play the Western teams it just feels for bragging rights but since they're in a different conference never feels like a key game.
All Canadian division is gonna be fun!

Highly recommend checking out Leafs PGT on the other board for the lolz.
Both teams played a terrible game and the fans on both sides are pissed.
Leaf fans more so because of the loss
