2. Are some of the emails fake and can be disproven? Do it.
3. Are some of the emails real? Hopefully in conjunction with point 1, go after the fact that there is another instance of illegally obtained political ammo by the same group of people.
Sure, it's an alt-right fantasy, but like 40% of US voters buy that stuff now. If you read the right's opinion on "RussiaHoax" etc, this stuff is starting to get incredibly out of hand, and I don't think censorship is going to cause that 40% number to shrink, which should be the real goal.
If nearly half your population is easily manipulated by foreign actors, you have a major, major issue. Sure the good (not as bad?) guys will win the election, but you're still going to have a mess of a country.

What good will that do? Then they'll just come up with the next outlandish lie you'd have to prove wrong. I don't think Biden should give this the time of day. It's already falling flat on its face and you aren't going to convince the dopes it's not true so why waste your breath?

I dunno man. Its 2020.
If you disprove it people and the media talk about it. The fact there's proof it didn't happen is irrelevant. In today's day and age what good does proof do?
Better off ignoring it and having it go away like it is.

I'd be super pumped if my taxpayer money was going to stuff like this. Apparently Miami PD is aware and addressing it, whatever that means.

Who can say for sure, but if they were going to ignore it you wouldn't think they'd put out a public announcement about it:

He wasn't lying. He just said a thing because it came into his head without regard for what it would entail. This time his reckless bloviating had legal consequences, so they're backpedaling and trying to undo it. I'm frankly very surprised it hasn't happened more often over the past four years.

He lied more specifically about the declassification having already occurred, and then on his next campaign stop after being corrected, demanded they be declassified.

Joe Biden Narrowly Leads Donald Trump in New Texas Presidential Poll
|
Quote:
A new poll from Texas shows that voters in the typically right-leaning Lone Star State are favoring Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden over President Donald Trump, but that they still prefer their incumbent Republican senator over the Democratic challenger.
In a poll released Monday by progressive firm Data for Progress, 47 percent of likely Texas voters chose Biden, compared to 46 percent for Trump. Another 5 percent said they were unsure of their choice, while 3 percent indicated they would vote for a third party candidate. Biden's lead falls well within the poll's 3.2 percent margin of error.
Meanwhile, likely voters chose to keep Republican incumbent Senator John Cornyn in office by a 3-point margin over Democratic challenger M.J. Hegar.

I mean how do you concretely prove that? The owner wasn't sure it was Biden that dropped it off and can't keep his story straight.

We all know the Republicans are responsible for this. More fuel for the unfair election strategy that is the only way Trump can retain office. I expect more shenanigans from the Republicans yet to come to discredit the results.

A criminal offense for wearing a mask that advertises his political leaning?

All governments have policies in place that prohibit anything that can be construed as endorsement of a political party and they take them very seriously. Because of the public trust component of law enforcement, this could bring a world of hurt down on this guy.

At a polling place, yes.

The report stated the officer was at a polling location. Most jurisdictions have laws against any partisan political messaging at polling locations. Given that the officer was armed, it's not a stretch to say this is voter intimidation which absolutely is a criminal offense.
Come on now indeed.

He'll get suspended and rightly so. He will also be publicly shamed on social media. That's more than enough punishment for this heinous crime.
I hate Trump too, but let's not turn into political zealots here
