I inadvertently wound up watching some vids about the dark web yesterday, and someone said that their view of pro sports was changed because they saw NHL refs were on there selling themselves for a price.... 'allegedly'.

I hope that isn't a thing. But if it is, I bet the pedo-Kat is very active on there.

Not loving the way Dallas is playing rope-a-dope but hopefully Hintz is back for game 3 and that sparks more consistent play. While the Canucks fizzled out with no Boeser and a questionably injured Petterson and their third-string goalie, they were also a crap team the year before. The Stars have been good for a while and should be able to pull this off.

One thing I wish carried over from the last series is someone taking a physical toll on McHobo the way Miller did, and someone like Zadorov who could get into the head of Kane and some of the other fake tough guys. Maybe Marchment is actually that guy...

Also, while on some level I'd like to see the Rangers beat a non-traditional hockey market no-tax sun belt team like Florida, I think Florida is a much better hope to crush the pretenders if they fluke to the finals. The Rangers seem like a paper tiger to me.

It's a pretty dark timeline if our hopes in the finals are on Adam Fox to best the Oilers. Here's hoping it's Dallas and Fla.

I dont want Tkachuck or Fox getting a cup vs. Tanev but god forbid I will go straight fanboy if they are playing the Oilers. Rangers are a great team too, not sure what more they have to do to prove it.
