Stamps have signed Micah Teitz after the Riders released him a day prior to free agency officially starting. Good get by the Stamps, in my opinion.

Also, didn't see this posted - Good riddance.
Chris Edwards has retired from professional football, he confirmed to 3DownNation via text message on Monday morning.
The six-foot-two, 217-pound strong-side linebacker was a pending free agent and wasn’t going to be offered a contract to remain with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, general manager Ed Hervey indicated last month.

The Detroit Lions have signed Mathieu Betts, that's a pretty big hole for the BC Lions to fill.

He had a good run with us. But he is 32 and often injured, and running backs are almost not useful after that age.
Good luck with the Toronto Stampeders.

First Chris Edwards retires, now Simoni Lawrence. Won't miss Simoni either.
Simoni Lawrence has announced his retirement from the CFL and has accepted a position with the Hamilton Sports Group as a brand and community ambassador.

Sounds like Morrow failed his physical, so that signing is out.

Weird to see the Stamps active in free agency while the Blue Bombers are now the team sitting on their hands.

We needed a serious talent upgrade, and glad to see Dave saw that as well.
Winnipeg probably doesn't have the cap to keep everyone.

We had Drew Tate, now we have Auden Tate.
The Calgary Stampeders have signed former NFL receiver Auden Tate.
The 27-year-old Tate played 35 games over four seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals making 61 receptions for 799 yards and two touchdowns. He was selected in the seventh round, 253rd overall during the 2018 NFL Draft.
In 2022, he attended training camp with the Atlanta Falcons and spent time on the Philadelphia Eagles’ practice squad. Last year, the six-foot-five, 228-pound pass catcher signed with the Arizona Cardinals.

Man if he has any speed/route running abilities, that is a massive target.
