Default Paul Bissonnette's Accusations Against Dan Carcillo

This just popped and blew up on Twitter. Paul Bissonnette with some harsh accusations towards Dan Carcillo.

https://twitter.com/user/status/1228849062461370368

I understand Carcillo has been a polarizing figure over the last few months, especially when the Bill Peters and Mike Babcock revelations came to light.

Grab the popcorn. Guess we're going for another of these rides this year....

What a swell guy. They played together in Wilkes-Barre almost 15 years ago and he apologized months ago.

I mean, Carcillo has openly admitted he used to be a piece of #### long before today, and has very clearly changed his ways since he retired. In fact, I believe there is a Player's Tribune article about it. I don't think this is noteworthy at all.

edit: not Player's Tribune, but here's the article.

That’s all fine that he’s changed and what not, but what rubs me the wrong way about Carcillo is he seems to be a hypocrite about it. Guilty until proven innocent a lot of times, and he doesn’t seem to allow others to change.

I wouldn't say that at all, he had good things to say about Marc Crawford changing his ways recently.

I found the "I don't know how to embroider" defense pretty entertaining.

Rose McGowan (a big voice in the metoo movement) tweeted about Kobe: “You want to know why Kobe Bryant is a hero? He apologized to a hurt young woman - Kobe stopped hurting women.”

If she can forgive Kobe can’t we extend the same grace to Carcillo?

It was in the context of roasting Snoop Dogg who she believes continues to hurt women.

I don't care what the context was, she's a ####ing idiot. "You know why I'm a HERO? I used to rob people at knifepoint... and I stopped doing that!"

To add some context to this Bissonette has always bit his tongue for years on the Carcillo front. Even with constant prodding from Carcillo towards him. You gotta think he finally had it with him. Guess you shouldn’t throw stones if you live in glass houses.
