Just having some light-hearted fun, sometimes you gotta give props where props is due. They played well in a high intensity situation, hopefully the Flames can do the same.
Oh yes this is definitely a real Flames fan’s idea of light-hearted fun.
The reason a lot of us don’t like the Leaves is the incessant and excessive media focus on them. As one of the posters here likes to point out, the “T” in TSN stands for Toronto.

Your last theee posts prior to this (that I know of)
"Markstrom was a terrible signing and is just delaying the rebuild"
"Treliving needs to get fired for the horrible Toffoli and Jarnkrok trades"
It's quite amusing reading the various post-mortems on the Leafs, all of which seem to state that that they were the better team in Games 6 and 7 but that somehow still lost in an honourable way.
If you were the better team but you still found a way to lose, then someone on your team choked.
Just watched the 'highlights', since I had to head off and couldn't watch it all last night.
I find it quite...interesting...how in a tight series, in which there have been a bunch of penalties for both sides including a 1 game suspension for an Oiler player, all the sudden, in the crucial game 7, the Oilers suddenly play a completely clean 100% penalty free game...

One could argue they fell on the wrong side of a penalty call in game 6.
Nobody who watched game 7 could say that the leafs were the better team. That's nonsense.

The bias is blindingly obvious.
All the game 7s were called that way.
Oilers carried the play (absolute no show from the kings), so the no penalties completely made sense.
I hope our game is called with exactly the same standard.
It deserves to be a 5 vs 5 battle to determine the winner.
