An easy-as-cereal option I found is cottage cheese and plain greek yogurt (50/50). Add about 1 tsp sugar free jam if you like, a sprinkle of bran buds or frozen berries.
Tons of protein, very few carbs.

Hmmm. Right now I just do greek yogurt + blueberries and raspberries. Might try throwing in some cottage cheese.
