Pattinson is a good actor outside of Twilight, I would never disagree with you. But when I think of Bruce Wayne, Pattinson is not the first thought I have.

This sounds like a Joel Schumaker or however you spell his name idea, you know the greatest monster in entertainment.

Maybe they can make Batman sparkle when he takes off the mask.

Every actor cast as Batman has had backlash except for Cloontang. I've learned to sit back and wait to see the results before judging.

It's true. When Michael Keaton was cast people were losing their minds. And he might have been the best Batman and Bruce Wayne of the whole lot of 'em.

Agreed about Gotham. I've enjoyed a lot of it. It can sometimes veer a little too corny, but Gordon is such a great character and there are some great supporting performances.

At only 4 (?) seasons, its a relatively easy watch and I would recommend to any Batman fan.

I just couldn't get past Will Smith's wife character, she ruined the first season for me.

Does she die? At what point? i'll start watching again then.

I do like Ryan Attwood, always punching people in the face.

Yes, in the end they ad a scene where Gordan ran her through with a sword.

The core group of villains, Riddler and Penguin are excellently acted and portrayed. We are seeing the rise of Catwoman. But one of the best portrayals out there is by Cameron Monaghan as playing two proto jokers, I don't believe he's the real joker though

loved this first scene

The performances were okay, but I tuned out after the episode where Morena Baccarin was dating that guy and he was seeecretly evil, and then Gordon had to kill him right in front of her or something like that.

So cliched.

Without trying to spoil it, she's not in it very much after the 1st (maybe second?) season.

I would love to see this, even if it was just an alternate worlds style film like they are doing with the Joker:

Quote:
Black Panther star Michael B. Jordan has revealed he'd be open to playing Superman, but he doesn't want to be the Clark Kent version of the iconic DC superhero. Jordan has been linked with the character in the past, but some fans were very vocal about Warner Bros. changing the Last Son of Krypton from his classic identity—that is, as a white male.

"It's tough. I hate being a business man and understanding both sides of the situation," Jordan said to Oprah Winfrey for an upcoming episode of her SuperSoul Conversations. "There is a huge upside to it, but being under that microscope, being picked apart and compared to so many different versions of Superman... I would rather do something original. I'll be Calvin Ellis."

For those of you interested, Doom Patrol debuts today on the DC app. Stars Brendan Fraser and Timothy Dalton.

I know i'll be finding a way to watch when I get home. The Doom Patrol guest spot on Titans was my favorite episode.

Jessica Jones and Punisher have, as expected, been officially canceled by Netflix:

Quote:
After Iron Fist, Luke Cage and Daredevil were all given the chop late last year by the streamer, the unplugging of further seasons of the blood and bullet strewn Frank Castle saga should really come as no surprise. With new and old Marvel content a big component of the upcoming Disney+ streaming service, the final stage of the disentangling of the once burgeoning relationship between the House of Mouse and Netflix has now become more a matter of when and how not if. Additionally, the Jeph Loeb-run Marvel TV inked a four-series and one special deal with the soon-to-be Disney dominated Hulu on February 11 that will surely become the new focus of the comic giant’s small screen division
