Who Are Your Top Five Posters on Calgarypuck?

I think it's impossible to name just 5 or even 10 favorites, since some people I enjoy for how informative and intelligent they are, and other people for how funny or entertaining they are, and other people because they're just good conversation. That might be 30+ posters.

I think the important thing is, if you don't find yourself included among my favorites in one of these categories, then that's your fault and you need to focus on doing better because it's actually quite embarrassing not to be on the list.

Yeah that was me. Dude sat next to me for an entire years of QC Flames games. Had him over to the house, road tripped to away games. it was crazy. He had moved away and I didn't stay in contact, but would have never expected it got weird like that. I even reached out to his ex and had her give some background for the thread as everyone was doing their digging. He would try and message me every couple years on Facebook, but I have no desire for the drama.

To be on your list i'd have to be famous like you and Fuzz or controversial like Sliver or disliked like Lanny. To be frank, I couldn't handle all that fame and people thanking my posts. No sir! fame is not my cup of tea

Honourable Mention to ResAlien, they really crack me up.

Pepsi and rubecube are very entertaining to read in the Off Topic section, especially when they're going back and forth with Corsi or Cliff. Very articulate and well thought out, but also realize it's the internet and you can't take everything too seriously.

Roof-Daddy and jayswin I appreciate as fans. They have ups and downs just like the rest of us, but they never seem to lose sight of the fact that this is all meant to be for fun. I find jayswin in particular to be quite candid about their feelings around the Flames and working through them in real time. Reading Roof-Daddy's posts through the latest Gaudreau saga was a great distillation of the thoughts and feelings of Flames fans at that moment in time.

I really appreciate Jiri's take on the current game of hockey. My thoughts on fighting and hitting are very similar to his, but I'd never seen them articulated properly until Jiri. I've quoted some of his arguments verbatim when debating stuff with my "hockey bro" buddies, and I honestly think the game would be way better and more entertaining if more people could see it in a similar way. Also, who can forget the infamous "Jorje" exchange? Classic.
