For whatever reason, I had the old Apollo Muffler jingle running through my head. And then it hit me.

Apollo. Space.

I never got the reference in the last 30 years.

I've never felt more like Superintendent Chalmers than this morning when the "H" key suddenly fell off my laptop keyboard.

After 18 years of living in Canada I have to leave for a bit and live in Ohio. I will eventually be back home in Calgary but this new journey should be interesting. I gotta get to a Blue Jackets game when the boys are here. I Brought these along with me :

Spoiler!

It's a Sunday evening. A few guys coming over for a beer, because the wives are out for their thing. Yes, I will have a few beers, gladly. Why does it have to be Scotch thereafter? Why is it a must?? And why do I have to go to work with a hangover tomorrow???

Embrace freedom by the horns. Even if those horns come in the shape of the office toilet as you're puking into it.

Felt like watching game 5 again that was still on the PVR. On Gaudreau’s disallowed goal for incidental goalie interference.

I can see someone taking a small bottle of sand for a souvenir of a visit, but I don't understand why the couple wanted/needed 88 pounds of sand.
no wonder they got busted.

https://www.cnn.com/travel/article/s...ntl/index.html
The Italian island's white sand is protected, and tourists face fines and even jail time for removing it from local beaches -- but the couple say they did not realize they were committing a crime.

I just got a root beer from A&W, and the paper straw kind of wrecks it. Makes it taste funny. Booo

Well, you don't have to worry about that anymore, though they always seemed the same as any other place to me.

I used to think it was unfair that women live longer than men. Today I had lunch in A&W beside a table with six elderly ladies. They were so lame and unfunny that I'd rather be dead than hanging out with a crew like that in my 80s.

Another thought about today. Was driving back from Kimberley. Saw a middle aged lady sitting on the back of her husband's Goldwing motorcycle. What an awful existence that must be. All the danger of a bike, but none of the fun. I can't imagine the type of person that would hop on the back of a bike.
