I have a DLink router and can't access it because the guy who installed it can't remember the password. How can I reset this thing so I can create a new username and password?

there should be a reset button on the back of it that will restore the factory defaults.

I'm pretty sure it'll reset the password to default settings.

Don't know what that is exactly though.

google. for dlink it's usually admin for both the login and password.

Default is admin with no password.
