Let's make sure not to mention the name in here. I did not click the link just read the title and was able to confirm it by finding the same title at various news outlets.

Let's keep it secret, keep it safe for all.

Its sad but the biggest thing I noticed.

Grappling hook check
cool pistol

Two pronged sniper rifle check
Awesome looking armor check
Flame Thrower check
Jet Pack - sadly lacking.

Dave Filoni is basically the beacon of Star Wars at this point.
It looks promising, I like the assassin droid.

If they want to do a strong link of this series to Clone Wars and Rebels, they could bring in Bo Katan who was the leader of the Mandalores. They could even have Katee Sackhoff who voiced her and they modeled her face off of.

I think the fall down for me with Dave has been Resistance which just hasn't captured me. But Rebels took some time to come around, and when it did it was every bit as good as Clone Wars.

I imagine that he'll have to at some point especially since actors, especially established actors, dont typically love never showing their face in their work.

Hopefully they dont overuse the significance of that though.

My favorite callback was the return of long nose guy. Is it the same guy, or are they some weird species? And love dumb weird stuff like playing a flute in the middle of an arctic icescape to call forth his different rent-a-speeders.

We need Long Nose Guy: A Star Wars Story.

There's also the fact that unless you're Hugo Weaving emoting through a mask is nearly impossible, which makes making a show emotionally engaging a lot more difficult.

The spy from Tattooine? The flute thing was weird.

If they weren't planning on him showing his face, they could have hired a less good looking actor, or put a production assistant in the armor and paid him in snickers bars.
