I said this some time ago, but I think it's time for a new voice in Felix's camp. I think that stretch of fine tennis in late 2022 by Felix bought Frederic Fontang some time, but it's clear that it's no longer working. It also makes you wonder how a coach can allow such a technical flaw in Felix's two-handed backhand last so long without making some kind of adjustment.

He was playing poorly prior to the injuries and I don't buy that the knee played a role in him spraying his forehand all over the court today. Something happened to him when the calendar hit January. I'm actually becoming more concerned about Felix than Shapo as at least Shapo can win the odd match these days against opponents he should beat. Felix can't beat anyone right now on any surface.
And here I thought the Aussie Open was the happy slam...
Visitors reported people emerging from the prayer rooms, which are at the back of Court 12, with "sheepish" smiles on their faces.
Describing one couple, one spectator said: "This couple disappeared inside, locked the door and they were gone for ages. I had time to finish two Pimms while they were in there. The sign on the door said ’engaged'.
"When they came out they were laughing away to themselves. She was in a long flowing summer dress and there was no doubt as to what they had been up to."
