Hey guys,

I got a PSP when it came out a few years back, I don't really use it much anymore but some new games came out that I want to buy.

I have a custom firmware installed on my psp which I use for some of the cool hoembrew apps that are available.

I'm hoping to be able to keep my custom firmware and play the new games I want to BUY for it (off the UMD).

Anyone know if this is possible?

psp hacks is great, it all depends on the firmware you currently have and if the games you buy will request an update. Most new firmwares bypass the update part of the game making it not necessary.
