So I definitely think 95 in the first was a bit much. I think they kept McEachran down in his first run because he was second to go. His first run was def in the 90's. Judging in this definitely feels 2000's Figure Skating to me...
Also - have to think about how great the snowboarding would have been if they had held off with the winds...

I agree with you on the judging. I would like them to adopt a system similar to figure skating and I think gymnastics has a similar judging system. Deliberation among the judges just reeks of unfairness.

I agree the 95 right off the bat was shady, was it because he was only one of a few with a complete run? I also thought Teal had a better run than the American but I am Canadian so it might be bias.

Even the snowboard slopestyle has more transparent judging with the dedicated trick judging and such.
Anything that is judged has some room for debate, but there are ways to make the system feel more open.

I agree.
I think we should have been gold, American silver, Canada bronze
That 95 certainly benefited from the previous several skiers having fallen
But a bronze is still good.

The more accomplished she is, the harder she's choking in these Olympics.

Calling Homan a choke artist is quite harsh. Her three losses were only by one, so if a shot here and a shot there changes, the outcome could be quite different.

If she was the choke master Jennifer Jones would be representing Canada.
She is young and learning the ropes of the OLYMPICS other teams are trying too.

Jennifer Jones was the first female skip to ever go undefeated at the Olympics. Probably figured the competition was too easy for her so she let someone else go.
