That's pretty brutal IMO.

Going to be a lot of people deleting games off of their PS4s and XBox's to be able to fit that in.

Closest thing to deal I've seen is if you buy two new games or preorders on the PS Store you get a $15 credit. Thinking of pre-ordering RDR2 and buying spiderman

If it was a mediocre game I would complain, but it's freaking RDR2! I'm sure they are not being wasteful with the storage.

Get off your wallet and buy an 8 TB External Hard Drive, it makes getting and keeping games much easier.

It's actually not an issue at all for me.

I have the 1TB hard drive Pro and an external 4TB already.

But it's still a huge huge game file. Most other AAA titles have been around 40-50GB, even GTA 5 was only ~60GB.

So I still think it's safe to say that 100GB+ games are not the greatest experience for most people - and that likely doesn't include the online portion which comes in a future update.

Edit: Haven't played the CODs in a while but guess those ones are in this same range of 100+GB too.

I loved RDR on PS3, and so this might be enough to entice me into a new gaming system for the first time in 10 years.

I'm more worried about the looong load times for RDR 2 on consoles. Think I'm just going to stick it out and wait for the PC version so I can run it off an SSD.

I got Spider-Man on an Amazon preorder for $50. Finished it, got the platinum, and traded it in at EB Games for $55 today. Saw all it had to offer and made a profit!

I'm absolutely waiting for a PC version. I'm a sucker and I bought GTA5 three times (ps3/ps4/pc) and I'm absolutely not doing that again. Unless it's been like two years and no PC version has been announced, then I'll probably cave.
