Vote Bernie because you are going to get cancer and your boss is a ######!!
that will have them flooding in, its not just hard, its impossible, Trump is more uplifting with his Rapist Mexicans schtick
The truth is depressing.
But the truth is real.
If a majority of voters want to live in a fantasyland where everyone but them personally comes down with cancer, or gets laid off, or can’t afford a house or college, or struggles to save for retirement, or has to care for their parents and children at the same time, or anything else that generally affects everyone else, then I guess that it their choice.
But I sure am getting tired of having to live a real life in their made-up fantasy world.

The same can be applied to so many of Bernie's social policies. That's a fantasyland. Where can he expect to get the money for that?

He definitely won’t get money for all of them, but there is probably money for a few of them.
ETA: On this point though, I’m reminded of AOC’s comment on the issue: why do we only care about the cost and where the money will come from when the issue being discussed will help the middle class or poor?

It's not even the cost, its just to complex to explain, Trump's bull#### is even more fantastical but it was simple and it was, in a grim way uplifting, we will build a wall and mexico will pay for it, then the factories will come back and life will be like it was for your granddad it was all bull#### but people like that crap.
No one wants to think about getting sick, let alone base their vote on it.

There's billions of wasted dollars currently going to the US military, if any politician actually has the balls to start going after that they could fund an untold number of projects. Plus the US already pays more per capita for healthcare than any nation with single payer, Bernie's plan should actually be able to save them money

Go after the military budget, no matter how sensible and you lose 10's of millions of votes of direct employees and also tens of millions to a GOP Bernie will make us defenseless, vote Trump to keep the best military in the world.
You aren't wrong about the policies but they are unelectable, couple that with Bernie being a terrible salesman and its a sure loss

Because the money will come from the rich. If she truly believes that statement she should support a flat tax so that everyone helps out.

The Federal deficit is a trillion dollars per year. You don't need to 'go after the military' budget to get the money for these promises, you just go to the Fed.
You could take every cent of the 600+ billion dollars spent on defense in the US, and it wouldnt make a dent in the 16+ trillion new deal. But, according to Bernies website, the hair brained scheme will pay for itself.
Almost like dejavu.
Bernies unelectable because hes the old man yelling at clouds with no plan. Take away "da one percent" and you've effectively cut his vocabulary in half. The vocal minority on the left may want/demand free shiz because FYGM, but your average blue collar american, Democrat, Republican or otherwise who is too busy making it all go around instead of spilling their booze with the rest of the winos in the caucuses dont want anything to do with his schtick.
Hes not a democrat, and the DNCs agenda goes out the window with his ideas that are void of any pragmatism. Hes gonna get jobbed again and disillusioned dems will sit at home out of spite, then bitch about Trump for another 4 years.
Say what you want about Republicans, but they know how to win elections. This current stable of leaders running for the Dem nomination couldn't get laid in a whorehouse with a fistful of 50s.

What you can do and what you can persuade the voters to vote for you with are two wholly and utterly unrelated things.
Obviously corporate taxes would go up or some kind of health levy would be introduced; companies currently pay over $1T a year towards employee health care so their taxes could go up dramatically and they'd still come out ahead. And various levels of government pay about $1.7T towards health care that would be redirected. Between those 2 things, you've already covered 65% of existing health spending.
And that's total health expenditures, including drugs (both prescription and non-prescription), dental, retirement homes, physio/chiropractic/optometry/etc., glasses, hearing aids, etc. If they had a system more like Canada's that primarily covers clinical care, the Medicare for All portion would only cost about 60% of existing health spending.
And of course single payer is more efficient to administer which introduces savings. If they could just match Canada's overhead cost rate, they'd save almost half a trillion dollars a year, which knocks another 10-15% off the total cost.
Pretty impossible to compare the economy of today to that of 60 years ago.
The last bastion of the trickle down economist?
Just denying that past economic experience has an bearing on future economic models. Because the theory has been utterly destroyed any sensible metric.
