Has anyone been to the Super Dogs show this year? It was moved from the Corral to the Big 4 so I am just wondering how it is setup as I don't think they have much seating in there. Also I heard that you need tickets now, is this true?
EDIT
Found the info on the tickets http://cs.calgarystampede.com/planne...superdogs.html

Free tickets are handed out at entrance to Big 4. Plenty of seating, but there are a few pillars in the way obstructing the view.

My idiot bro decided to fly out to Seattle on the last day of Stampede... YYC was as busy as I've ever seen it.

I was amazed at how much I enjoyed the ice skating show. Great idea to have them with a live band.

Well I think not so long ago (3 or 4 years ago), while he was still doing junior games on Snet, I remember him being probably more then a couple hundred pounds. He was a fat guy.
Back on topic, the best value of the midway was the deep fried strawberry shortcake. Not really that deep fried, just enough to get a bit of a crust on the dough. Big portions and fresh strawberries in a big bowl, for $5. Worst was the calzone near Nashville North..$9 for crust. They aplogized for it being hard on the outside and not cooked on the inside. Rubbish.
Also, better start making better "dream homes". Pretty much every chairtable lottery has better houses than that...back in the old days, it was a dream home. This one (and the last few) is a poor layout on a weird shaped lot.

Tell me about it. It was nuts this morning at YYC. I've never had to run from ticket booth to security to gate at top speed before. Well, I did it.
Oh, and people pack WAY, WAY, WAAAAY too much when they travel.

Why wasn't the dash for cash shown live on CBC? I couldn't find it anywhere, and I'm kind of pissed about it.

It was on CBC Bold. CBC's rodeo coverage earlier mentioned it a good dozen times.

They are showing it on CBC momentarily, although people reading this thread already know who wins.
