I'd really love Monahan and or Dube to spread their wings soon the Flames could use some more scoring depth.

Correction, they have been elite at home (17-3-0) but totally average on the road (4-4-4) so far. But since it's at Florida it's a big test.
The Panthers are the highest scoring team in the league but just average defensively, which isn't a surprise looking at their fairly no name D group. They generally struggle against good defensive teams so I think the Flames have a solid chance here. Comes down to how well Markstrom plays IMO.

Yeah, I'm saying it. He's not one of their vaunted elite players, but he's the lynchpin to all the secondary talent on the team. 2nd line 5v5, PP, PK, physicality, clutch plays...he does it all and is able to succeed because of the focus on the elite players.
He's pretty integral to the success...but then again, this is also a very deep team. If he has an off night, there are other guys to pick up the slack. Hasn't been necessary most nights this year.

Out of Tampa, Florida and Carolina, I am most worried about Carolina. That team is tight and can really limit scoring chances.

While goalie Bob has been better this year, he hasn't exactly been lights out lately. Further to that, Knight is a raw rookie, but he isn't really a step down from Bob. Either can win a game easily on any given night.
I agree on Carolina. I think they have the defense to go far, but I still question their goaltending when it comes to crunch time.

These next three will make for an awesome test. Can't wait to see how the Flames fare.

Yeah, Bob's been pretty hot and cold this year, though that's a step up from where he was.
I was at the Canes game in Calgary. They play a very similar game to the Flames, so it's going to be a close one (like in Calgary).

If he wasn’t already suspended he probably would have been tonight.
Controlling his emotions is not always his strong suit. He probably would have had a strong game, but also probably would have done something stupid and tried to concuss someone.

Gonna be a great trip to see how Flames stand against the elite. Hopefully they can swing 3 out of 6 points here.

Big test for the Flames. They just need to play their game and I think they can come out with a W.
Go Flames Go!

I don't care how many Flames fans hate Bennett.
It would've been amazing to have him playing in this game. Intensity would've been off the charts, although I'm still expecting a physical, intense game from two of the league's best.

This is funny because it comes across a bit unhinged itself
