This is what I meant when I said it wasn't polished enough. But to be fair, Mass Effect is an rpg and Bioware had double the amount of people working on it plus previous experience with good/bad story lines.
Infamous was also not a pretty looking game(explosions were nice though) and there were a lot of glitches and pop up. They didn't have time to direct the in game movies, that's why the characters mostly stood around talking and they relied on comic panels to tell the story(which I didn't mind).
But for a team of around 80 members it was a good first effort...assassin's creed had like 400 people working on it.
