Okay to use condoms to prevent AIDS, especially in the case of male prostitution.
Plus, they're the right size of store stacks of communion wafers.

Then by implication lots of Catholic Priests are responsible for the spread of HIV. Or does it not count if one of the participants is under the age of 12?

No, the angle he's taking is that because male prostitutes engage in sex where procreation is impossible, there isn't a reason to not use condoms, since you aren't thwarting the possibility of the miracle/gift/whatever you want to call it of conception.
