Judging by the puppet picture, I'll actually be able to read some of the posts in the pre game day thread without having the pictures take up two monitors of space. Either Firefox has fixed the issue or I did something earlier that I don't remember.

I expect big things for this season opener. The Flames roster brings a lot to the table, especially the new guys
Can Brouwer pick up where Colborne left off?
Will Pribyl provide some secondary scoring, similar to former Flame Colborne?
Many have said they have high hopes for the new coach Gulutzan. He has the potential to be the Colborne of the coaching world
Elliott brings a lot of stability to the back end. He'll first face off against Colborne on December 27th, 2016 when Joe comes back home!
Biggest story though has to Gaudreau. Does he sign before 8 P.M. to play the season opener. We could really use our superstar, who many in this thread have already mentioned is essentially a shorter, less Canadian, holdy-outtier Colborne

Huge game. Could go either way. Flames typically suck in game 1s, but the oilers typically suck in games 1-82 and their record vs the Flames speaks for itself. Irresistible force paradox type ####.
