Quiet night on the schedule. The game of note comes late tonight...

8:30pm MT - Arizona Coyotes (21-40-8) vs. Los Angeles Kings (33-22-13)

For playoff odds on tonight's big game here are the implications for a Kings regulation win/loss:

LA wins:

LA loses:

You know Phoenix isn't winning that game, bet every dollar you can on it.

The real entertainment will be when Toronto and Edmonton try to let the other team win the game when neither team wants to.

A great team will lose 1/3 of their games. A bad team will win 1/3 of their games. Arizona is somewhat due for a win. The Kings could go either way.

The Coyotes-Kings game is nationally available on the Sportsnet Pacific channel, therefore it is not on Centre Ice in Canada.

The Habs-Lightning game is the OOT game of the night. It involves two playoff teams battling it out for first place in the division, conference, and overall.

The Capitals-Sabres game completes the doubleheader on Rogers channels. The Capitals can distance themselves from the Bruins and even the hard charging Senators.

The Leafs-Oilers game is going to be a trailer trash comedy show. The surprising thing is that the game actually starts at a normal local time.

Yotes are due for a win. I'm betting the hockey gods show the Flames some love tonight and the unthinkable happens...LA loses.

As long as San Jose and Winnipeg miss out, I'm not concerned with LA

If you spend any of your time watching the Leafs and Oilers game, you should seriously reconsider where you're going with your life.
