That's just your experience, now if you're not going to queue up, I'll hit you with the blunt end of my cue.

I have to say, for as much fellatios as the Kings do receive for being a Western Conference powerhouse, I didn't think they looked altogether terrific in this game. For a team that is supposedly to have their way with the Flames and to imminently fly past them in the standings, LA looked pretty pedestrian against one of the worst teams in the NHL. The game was MUCH closer than I would have expected, irrespective of how many saves Mike Smith made.

It will really come down to how well the Jets do with their very tough schedule. They have less ROW's than LA, so they've got to stay a point or more ahead of them.

No points for OV but Niskanen gets 2 assists and the Capitals win 4-3 in the SO. Tampa beats the Habs 4-2 and I betcha Pacioretty has phoned Pavelec to know what to do the next day after that brain fart play. The Kings gave their Nestle Quick drink to their goalie and he stops 25 shots for the SHUTOUT, Kings win 1-0 in reg time. Andreoff with the GWG. The AHL game had the Oilers spank the Leafs 4-1.

Sportsnet made the Kings/Coyotes game a national broadcast - but only offered it on a regional channel. It is one of their scams to try and create revenue.

Anyway, on that Kadri hit - that should have been a match penalty. Looks like the down-low referee had an obstructed view though.

No. Americans use line.
Queue is the proper term.

Yes, "queue" is the right spelling if you want to use the British term for forming a line. But Magnum PEI was correct that you don't "queue the comeback". In that case, it is "cue".

Yes.

You cue a comeback and you toe the line (not tow). You pass muster (not mustard, unless in line at the hotdog stand). You have a tough row to hoe, not a road.

Maple Leafs' Kadri facing Player Safety hearing

Toronto Maple Leafs forward Nazem Kadri will have a hearing Wednesday with the NHL Department of Player Safety for an illegal check to the head of Edmonton Oilers forward Matt Fraser during a game at Rexall Place on Monday.
Fraser was hit by Kadri at 10:58 of the third period in Edmonton's 4-1 win. Kadri received a two-minute minor penalty for an illegal check to the head.
Fraser left the game and did not return.
The following grounds are being considered for supplemental discipline: illegal check to the head. However, the Department of Player Safety retains the right to make adjustments to the infraction upon review.

Kadri got his elbow up, but pretty unintentional, as witnesses by his reaction. Howe made a living off that elbow.

Ference's was intent to injure in retaliation. Didn't want to drop the gloves?

Kadri is a repeat offender as well, so that may play into the length of suspension.

I dunno, the elbow was flat to his side as he went by. Looked totally unintentional to me

Looked unintentional to me. Plus you see his reaction after the hit. He sees him down and has his hand on his chest kinda like "you alright buddy?"

Two or three games should cover it.
