Wow....just wow!! I worked as a Restaurant Manager twice and worked in food and beverages industry for over 12 years and I have never seen anyone act the way these couple did. They are both psycho and they cannot take the criticism very well. The guy was just brutal the way he handles the customers... man I am surprised the place didn't close down after a few months. That Miranda chick must be desperate for a job. They treated her like a piece of crap not giving her the tips and don't even let her use the POS system. Then when she asked how long the Salmon Burger, that psycho chef Amy was giving her a hard time. I wouldn't put up with that crap. I would even freaking go to Labour Department and complain. Wow!!

This, after Amy and Samy were calling people out and cursing worse than 10 wounded sailors, not to mention threats of legal action.

Also, I'm pretty sure the FBI "computer crimes unit" takes time out of their busy schedule of busting drug cartels and fighting terrorism to solve the mystery that is a hacked Facebook page.

It's all speculation but some redditors mentioned that there are some signs that the restaurant could be a money-laundering front. Two examples would be skimming the tips from the servers would allow them to fudge their numbers and how he really did not want to police involved when the customer wouldn't pay for the pizza he never got. Also he's a gangster, not Ramsey, according to him. I find it hard to believe that this place is making money. I'd be curious to see their books.

Amy & Samy are being left serious threats that have them fearing for their safety. The restaurant will be closed until they feel safe enough to return to work. They are human just like all of us. Other Side of Amy’s Baking Company Controversy in Scottsdale To Soon Be Told



SCOTTSDALE, AZ. MAY 15, 2013 -- Amy’s Baking Company will host a Grand Re-Opening on Tuesday night, May 21, following unflattering portrayals on national television.



Customers will be able to decide who is correct: a famous celebrity chef or the marketplace that has supported the small, locally-owned business for six years.



When re-opened, a portion of proceeds will benefit a charity organized to bring awareness to cyber bullying.



Seating is limited. Reservations may be made by emailing sjones@rosemoserallynpr.com.



Diners will also have the opportunity to meet, and judge for themselves the character of owners Amy and Samy Bouzaglo, who have devoted their lives to and earn their living from their small restaurant. The Bouzaglos have been married for 10 years, after Sammy emigrated from Israel.



The owners will likely be holding a press conference before the Grand Re-Opening and answer falsehoods depicted on a reality television show, including assertions that the restaurant confiscates tips from servers.



In fact, wait staff is paid $8-$14 per hour, two and half to nearly five times the standard hourly wage for servers.



Questions will also be answered about what happened to their Facebook page.



Amy’s Baking Company was recently featured on the hit PBS show “Check Please” and has received A+ reports from CBS 5 for kitchen preparedness.



“We are very upset by what has taken place, apologize about the acrimony that has ensued but now must fight back to save our business. We hope and believe much good can result from what has transpired. We ask the public to keep an open mind as we begin to tell our side of the story,” Samy Bouzaglo said.

You know, I get that reality tv is going to do a bit of twisting and editing - nature of the game. But regardless, no one twisted Amy or Samy's arm into the things they said. Ramsey, Kitchen Nightmares, the network - none of them hacked Amy or Samy and spoke for them. They presented quite enough of their characters.
