Love the tributes but the overall design is too busy and disjointed for me. However, the guy can wear whatever he likes on his head as long as he stands on it every night

Do goalie mask designs and messages need to be approved by the league? I'm curious if they could put E=NG or Edmonton is a dump in Chinese or something.
