@AHLHeat
The Heat have added goalie Ryan Faragher on a PTO. Goalies Jon Gillies (day to day - lower body) and Tyler Parsons (week to week - upper body) are out.
Faragher has played very well for the Heat in the past.
But he's 28 and this is just a PTO.
A little sad to see that both Gillies and Parsons are injured again.

Happy to see Schneider did well tonight. He looked good for Stockton on an ATO a couple of years ago before tailing off after a few great games. Would love someone to grab the net down in Stockton the opportunity is there for all 4 goalies Flames have under contract in the minors.
I watch him and I think, if he'd teach himself to fight he could carve out a career as an NHL 4th liner easily. He's got the skillset to be a good 4th liner but he's just not physical enough for his size and what his NHL role would be and he's never going to be given a top 6 opportunity in the show.
Probably ends up tearing it up somewhere in europe eventually.

Farm team following the big team's lead. Heat blowing out the Roadrunners right now 7-1 5 mins left in the 2nd. Schneider in net with Gillies backing up. Mangiapane still out
8:59 STK Oliver Kylington (7) ASST: None (PP)
9:38 TUC Michael Bunting (5) ASST: Kyle Capobianco (9), Robbie Russo (9)
10:45 STK Kerby Rychel (8) ASST: Anthony Peluso (3), Alan Quine (7)
16:36 STK Alan Quine (3) ASST: Buddy Robinson (6), Kerby Rychel (4)
With 2g+2a so far tonight Quine now leads the Heat in pts/g with 1.33
Kylington's goal extends his point streak to 4 games.
Rychel and Robinson have 3 point nights.
With the assists Robinson breaks a 7 game pointless streak. For a guy that scored 25 goals last season and is getting paid $400k guaranteed salary this year, the fact that he is still looking for his first goal of the season is concerning

goals:
Robinson's first of the season from Hamilton and Klimchuk
Lazar from Hamilton
Snaps a 4 game win streak.
First game for Prout.
Schneider made 27 saves on 30 shots.
Interesting that Gillies didn't start in back to back games. Also wasn't the backup which suggests he was sick or injured. Kind of curious because he was backup on Tuesday
