Default Doctor Who - The 13th Doctor

The BBC just announced who the 13th Doctor is:

Jodie Whitaker
http://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-40624288

I was hoping it would be her Broadchurch co-star Olivia Colman, but I am still excited! The first female doctor. I think the recent season prepared us for this
Spoiler!

Cool. Now they just need a new showrunner.

Edit: Oh Moffat is out too. Very nice!

Yes, the show needs some change. I wonder if the new companion will be some sexy young man?

It's about time. I love the show and it makes sense that the doctor should eventually be a female.

Very excited for this change, I have hated the last three seasons and this is great news. I have wanted to see a female regeneration since the idea was mentioned in "The Doctor's Wife" back in 2011.

Not sure if anyone is watching the new season. I'm really liking Whitaker as the new Dr. The companions are growing on me as well. And I'm definitely enjoying the new episode aliens/creatures.

I agree, Whittaker is great. And the stories have been pretty solid so far. I thought the Rosa Parks episode from a couple weeks ago was especially good.

That one was very good, especially considering the USA now. I've liked the last two as well. The Pitang critter episode was funny and entertaining. The Devils in Punjab was brilliant. Just an incredible tie to the India/Pakistan Partition and how devastating it is/was. The emotions of the characters were crafted so well. Honestly one of my favourite Dr Who episodes ever.

Loving what I've watched so far. I find this versionnto be a more commanding person, like how she said, "Now we're even." in the Rosa Parks episode.

Love Jodie Whittaker in the role. I'm a huge fan of the show, and though I think there have been some spotty scripts so far, I love what Whittaker brings to the role. I agree with the poster above - Demons of the Punjab was a wonderful episode of Doctor Who.

I do miss some of the continuity callbacks and obscure Doctor Who references of the Moffat era (though last week there was a fez; fezzes are cool), though I understand why Chibnall has left these out.

So, I have caught up to the end of season 10, which was on crave. Where do I go to watch season 11 from the start?
