Wotherspoon going off for tripping.
Flames have now had the longest lead of the 7 game series so far as they have lead for more then 3 minutes. No I'm not joking.

Ortio with a big save on the PK. Comets cycling in the Flames zone, but not shooting much.
Penalty over!

Ortio with two big saves off the Comets.
Flames transition the puck back to the Comets zone both times, but lose it to the Comets stealing a pass. Poirier was late taking a Baertschi pass.

Sieloff going to the box as he cross-checked Shinkaruk in front of the net after the Comets take a shot and look for the rebound.
Back to the PK!

FLAMES GOAL
SENA ACOLASTE Baertschi actually tipped it, they will give it to him Officially they give it to Shore? I'm confused now. It looked like Acolaste - NEXT SHIFT!
2-1 FLAMES
Take THAT Comets!

Flames just crashing the net now anytime a defenceman shoots from the point. They are making Markstrom run around.
Looking good boys!

There's about a 100% chance that second goal will be officially changed. I don't think Shore touched the puck. Acolaste blasted it from the point, it looked like it went in clean, but it's possible Baertschi tipped. No way Shore touched it.

Baertschi-Shore-Poirier with a dangerous play and almost score a 3rd Flames goal.
Poirier is just flying around the ice. I think I was right about him missing Sven.

Flames almost score another goal on the next shift.
Very different team then Wednesday night. They look evenly matched with Utica, if not a little better. Flames shots have made Markstrom struggle and get off his game. The first goal on Ortio was comical as it was on him and rolled off him into the net. Not sure you could blame him there.
