wait in the appropriate area where the players leave the rink after a game and try and get PK autograph on a picture of him.
otherwise, does PK have a website where he sells this stuff. or perhaps NHL.com/NHL.ca?

I have tried after games for visitors. Never works, players head straight on the bus. Only player that ever came out was Freddie Hamilton when he was playing in Colorado.
Also we want it personalized. Anyone can buy an autograph online, not everyone gets it personalized, and for a 5 year old I think that would make it that much more special.

Find out which hotel they stay at, that's your best bet.

I was kind of thinking would be the route I'd have to go. Any idea's which hotel they would be at? What time do we go to the hotel?

Stars were staying at the Sheraton Eau Claire a few weeks ago and there was a dozen fans waiting for them before the game outside on the south side. I have no idea if the Predators would stay there as well.

Best bet would probably be the Sheraton at Eau Claire. I think most teams stay there.

Have you considered printing out an image off the web, and signing it yourself? 5 year olds are pretty easy to fool.

Teams usually stay at Sheraton or Westin downtown. The team bus is always parked out front around 8-10am before morning skate.

Thanks for the tips. I'll check out the Sheraton.
Anyone know how early to be at the hotel prior to game?

Around 4 if the game starts at 7. I worked in a nearby building and when I leave around then the bus is outside idling and autograph seekers are usually standing around waiting.

I was under the impression that you could mail photos and other items in with a letter explaining the situation to most organizations. They will often help out and get it autographed as its a good way to create "a fan for life".
Maybe a cooler story if you pull the paparazzi move though.

If they get into town a day early, they are often over at Joey’s Eau Claire. I’ve met plenty of players on the bar side there.

I think this is the best, although maybe not the quickest, way to get this accomplished.

I have an autographed picture of Borje Salming from when I was about 5 and went to a Leafs game. His signature is very neat and looks very much like my mothers handwriting. I've never said anything but I've kept it and it makes me smile everytime I see it.

Stalking players at a hotel? Mailing things in and waiting a year?
I'm not too sure how Table's idea hasn't gained more traction.
