Wet iPod

So on the weekend some d-bag spilled wine on my iPod and now the click wheel/buttons do not work. The screen looks fine as it turns on when I move the hold button on and off but there is no response what so ever from the buttons. Anyone have any suggestions? I checked online and most people say make sure it is dry before turning it on but I do not think it can get any dryer. I may be screwed. I have yet to plug it into my computer...

you will probably have to take it apart and then use distilled water to blot out the sticky wine bits

do a google search on taking one apart, and then how to clean a wet cell phone or ipod.

lots of people have done it and reported success afterwards
