I think age and injuries have caught up with Bear Woods and he's likely looking for dollars that are too rich for the Stamps in any event.

God he was a high speed beast in his day and then he kind of faded. I'd rather the Stamps stick with young and hungry

Since I decided on one more year of coaching this year as an OC, I'm totally doing a salute to Maas ripping into his coach over the headphones, but I'm going to be singing the lyrics to the song frozen while I pretend at my spotter

Stamps have signed defensive lineman Jonathan Massaquoi...
The Calgary Stampeders have signed former NFL defensive lineman Jonathan Massaquoi.
Massaquoi was selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the fifth round, 164th overall during the 2012 NFL draft. He played 39 games for the Falcons from 2012-2014, recording 70 tackles, six sacks and two pass knockdowns. The 31-year-old spent time on the Tennessee Titans (2015) and Kansas City Chiefs (2016) practice rosters. After being completely out of pro football for two seasons (2017 and 2018), Massaquoi played for the Alliance of American Football’s Birmingham Iron.

That might be one of the more classier and better looking championship rings I’ve seen in any sport. Well done! Anyone know roughly how much each ring is worth?

That is an absolutely awesome ring....wow.
So subtle yet so "blingy" as MT points out. The sides are beautiful and the horse silouhette without background is perfect.
As with most things this club does both on and off the field...........well done.

TORONTO — The Toronto Argonauts released veteran offensive lineman Chris Van Zeyl on Saturday.
The 35-year-old native of Fonthill, Ont., played 156 games for the Argonauts after signing with the team in 2008.
Van Zeyl started 17 games at right tackle last season and was an East Division all-star for the fifth time.

Huf interested on a 1 year deal?
Could really use another Canadian O lineman, and this guy is a good one.

I think I'd rather spend that money on Ciante Evans (currently dealing with a broken wrist), but if they can't come to a deal, Van Zeyl would be a good pickup.

Ti-Cats snapped Van Zeyl up quick.
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have signed Canadian offensive lineman Chris Van Zeyl to a two-year contract, per sources.
The 35-year-old played 10 seasons with the Argos prior to being released by Toronto on Saturday. He was due a $40,000 report and pass bonus on Sunday and had been slated to be one of the highest paid offensive linemen in the league. Van Zeyl was earning in the $230,000 range per season on the three-year contract extension he signed with the Argos in January of 2017.

Eskies have released former Calgary Dino Adam Konar, now there's a guy that I wouldn't mind seeing in a Stamps uniform.
