No native band would ever let you build on burial grounds. We fence those areas off once they are identified and build around them.
Your comments are ignorant. The first Tsu Tina ring road deal was rejected because the government had the option of giving cash in lieu of land. For many older natives any development of the land damages it.
Now there is the competing interests from the younger generation that are looking for money for access but there is a reason that BC environmentalists have found willing partners in native bands.
