It is.

Only 6 blown saves last year (42 opportunities), already 3 blown this year.

Good 4 inning start from Biagini too.

If anything good come out of this season, maybe one of them will be him successfully moving to the rotation.

Would give the Jays 3 solid arms to build a rotation around, instead of 2.

Osuna was originally slated to be a starter, may be a good time to revisit that if he continues to struggle. I think Biagini is a better candidate though. He seems to have better stuff and pitches where Osuna relies on power. Teams crush Osuna's breaking balls.
