I don't think it was an injury. Think Jagr just wasn't feeling it and wanted off the ice. I am just guessing. The trainer did grab all his sticks when he left to the room which I thought was kinda odd.

Because his stick broke on the play and he was getting them for him to pick one from.

He broke his stick. Trainer likely grabbed the sticks when he came to the bench and then when it was apparent he wanted to go to the room he didn't have time to put them back so just left them in his hands.

Or you know very likely he quit on the spot and the trainer was being a good guy and grabbed his stick and likely also booked his flight back home as well on their way back to the dressing room.
