So nice having Smith hold the fort while the team still irons out some kinks and inconsistencies.
A few areas need tightening up, but Smith is keeping them in it so they aren't dropping too many points early on. A lot of positives, but a lot to work on still.

The first half of that game was absolutely infuriating, but it was nice to see the Flames tighten up defensively and take over the game in the 3rd.
Happy to get the 2 points before heading into the four day break. Still lots to work on though, with the main problem being discipline. Hopefully they can clean that up over the next couple of games.
So, they just "fixed" Monahan's goal... by giving it to Hamilton, from Monahan and... Frolik, who wasn't even on the ice.
