I'm shaving my red beard down to a Lanny Moustache then letting nature take it's course. I will be unpopular with my wife for a period of 2-3 weeks until everything evens out.

It'll probably be pitiful but I'll stop shaving for the playoffs. Hopefully the Flames Go deep enough that I'm forced to shave for work before they get eliminated

Just shaved off the beard to start fresh for this. On a side note, shaving when you haven't showered beforehand is painful; a reminder I apparently needed.. but my razor-burn and I are officially ready for playoffs now!

By trimming do you mean like getting it off your neck & lower it on the cheeks a tad? I think that's fine for us civilians (au naturel if you're a player). I think fiddling with the actual length of it is a faux pas however

My job requires a clean shave, lest I expose myself to the likes of thallium, arsenic, lead, mercury, nox, SO2, ammonia, chlorine, among others. I am allowed to have a mustache, but I grow one like a 7 year old girl., though it hasn't stopped me from growing one,

I'm 43 or so. I can't grow much on my cheeks. I have a big bushy goatee though. My wife doesn't want me to shave it, so I trimmed it nicely when they clinched and I'll let it go. It should be wild by the end of June. I'll keep it going after the Flames are done... So, even if they win, I'm going to grow it out huge. ZZTop won't have nothing on my goatee.

I shaved clean this morning so Ill give it a go. The only difference between me and most teenage boys is that mine comes out grey. I have a few grey hairs but last time I went a couple weeks without shaving it was all grey.
