I'm going to go out on a limb and say this song doesn't exist. You're just trolling us into listening to crappy music. My hat's off to you, you sick bastard.

I know this song, 100%. It's called "Chilli Cha Cha" by Jessica Jay. Can't embed a YouTube video from my ipad right now. But that's the one!

I hope the OP is not referring to Pink Floyds The Great Gig in the Sky, since that is a musical masterpiece, performed in one take by Clare Torry. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T13se_2A7c8

OP says it's a teen pop song, this can't be it unless she's visiting Walmart in Central America?
The AiiAiiAii starts at 2:06...

The track I'm thinking on has very little actual singing. It's a female vocalist, singing in the upper registers (or auto-tuned all the way to 11). And she just seems to go "Aiiii Ai Ai Ai Ai!!!"
a pop song mainstream enough to be played in department stores, female with a really high voice...possibly Ariana Grande? I don't know enough of her catalog though to identify which could be the Aiiii Ai Ai Aiiii song.
