Rogers Cup tickets are out today, debating whether I should go Tuesday & Wednesday or Wednesday & Thursday. Main goal is to see Rafa play (if he comes). I'm leaning towards Wednesday/Thursday night sessions.
Went with the Wednesday and Thursday night sessions, hopefully A) he comes and B) they don't stick him on during the day. Fingers crossed that Roger comes one last time as well.

you're gonna have fun no matter what because it's Montreal, but hope that you get to see the matches you really want. Roger strangely stopped going to his namesake event a long time ago, but maybe he'll want to say thanks and farewell to his Canadian fans?
when I went 8 years ago I was lucky enough to get not only the Djoker/Rafa showdown, but also the Milos/Popsicle home turf battle. In more positive news, Liam Draxl won a ITF tourney down in Cancun, Mexico this past weekend defeating the number 1 seed in the final 6-7 7-6 7-6. Congrats to Liam!
Some tough choices here - You could make an argument for each guy, but I think I would pick Ruud. Not only did he crack the top 10, but he won 5 titles.
Tough decision, but I would go Karatsev, literally no one heard of the guy in 2020 and he ended up finishing top 20 and making a very deep run at the AO.

He is certainly a great story, no doubt and the question for me is can he back it up in 2022? He certainly plays a highly aggressive game which when he's on is tough to beat, but also leads to a lot of unforced errors.
I only watched some Alcarez and a little bit of Norrie so I can't answer the improved question, but how many future slams are in that group? and which majors?
